Financed a 2014 Chrysler 200 2 weeks ago transmission went out. Refusing to fix it or 2ants me to wait 30 days refuses to give me a loaner . Resolution Sought Have them to fix my car

Company states; This has actually been resolved already. The customer had warranty on the vehicle that covered the transmission problem. We also let the customer use a vehicle from our lot while being in the shop. Sorry didn't realize I needed to reply to this even though the issue was resolved.
