I was sold a truck by American autos and Truck Sales on US 19 Port Richey. The speedometer was tampered with. Carfax report in which my car Shield, the warranty because of the speedometer tampering and I tried to contact the owner. He will not call me back and he refuses to talk to me, so I want to get my money back which was the $5,500. It's been a nightmare since I purchased this vehicle and I'm a veteran and I'm over 60 years old. Resolution Sought I wish to get my money back which is $5,500.

The customer bought a car on Nov 18/22 and took delivery. The car title was transferred by government agency (department of motor vehicle). On Dec 8/22 the car was bought as is with no warranty and signed as such call after two months asking for cancellation. Per Florida law there is no cooling time in buying a used car which has exempt odometer Customer bought a used as is car is driving it for almost three months changed his mind after two months and wants to cancel. Customer never paid $5500 and has called us at 2am with profanity has called many time after and threatened to harm us he is not professional and has given false information.
