They have been telling me for over a year that they would be sending me my prorated refund check. But keep giving me the same sorry excuses switching excuses every week!! Now they say they sent it but I've NEVER SEEN IT!- So they were suppose to resend it & text me the tracking # BUT THAT NEVER HAPPENED EITHER. I NEED MY MONEY! NOT EXCUSES & GAMES!! Resolution Sought I want my refund now before the end of this month... Somehow penalize them for just playing games yanking my chain.

We do apologize for any delay in receiving your refund check. An initial refund check was sent out in August after the cancel papework was received . Once a stop payment was placed and cleared on the intial check we did send another check express overnight mail on 9/15. Our records show it was received and also cashed on 9/15. During these difficult times we do not have any control over the mail delivery , but we are doing our best to go over and beyond to ensure that your refund was received in the fastest manner possible.
