When I purchased this extended warranty I was told that it will cover everything under the hood and under the car. I was also that it will cover my vehicle bumper to bumper. The problem is that what I was told does not coincide with the vehicle service contract . I believe that I was deceived and lied to just to get a purchase. Auto Guard is refusing to authorize the repairs that's needed. The Toyota auto mechanic is recommending that I get two complete new struts replaced. The driver and passenger side struts that are in the front of my suv. I have tried many times to get this problem resolved but unfortunately I cannot. I need your assistance so that the repairs can be done before my warranty expires. Thank you very much! Resolution Sought I would like for Auto Guard to authorize the work and total cost of the repairs that was recommended by Toyota technicians
