I paid 1850 for a new used engine for my truck and it had a 90 warranty on it, but the paperwork didn't say how long. 2 weeks after the warranty is up. I'm on the way to get my baby from daycare and the truck starts making loud clicking noises and shuts off. I had it towed to the car shop and the engine rods blew and they are telling me they can't do anything for me. Resolution Sought Give me my money back and I can look else where for a more reliable and honest facility for a motor. I'm a single mother with 3 kids I don't have the means to afford another one in this moment of crisis.

REVISED 7/2/21: Thank you for the attached documents. It certainly explains why I was unable to pull Ms. Austin up in our system. Florence Tire is our customer which in turn sold and installed the engine to Ms. Austin. All of our engines and transmissions come with a standard 90 day parts warranty with the option to upgrade to a 1 year parts and labor warranty for an additional charge. I'm not sure how it was pitched by Florence Tire or what the customer was told but Florence is aware of what was sold. In this case Florence chose to purchase the 90 parts warranty and this is the first we've heard of any issues from Florence and or Ms. Austin (Florence's customer). It is unfortunate that the customer is experiencing issues two weeks out of the 90 day warranty but the engine only has 90 parts warranty coverage from the date of purchase by Florence Tire. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Company states they have no record of customer in system

I'm not satisfied with this at all. The engine fell apart 2 weeks after the 90 day warranty was up. I don't feel like this is good customer service. I want a full refund. They can take the broken engine back.
