I ordered a ballistic helmet 8/21. The helmet was defective and I contacted customer service. I was issued new parts to repair the helmet and it did not work. I was promised a new helmet and additional items that never came. I emailed the same contact that sent the parts with no response. I finally emailed customer service again and was sent a new helmet and other items. The new helmet was broken and when I attempted contact again I was ignored. A male called me and told me he was forwarding my emails to my boss, called me a piece of shit and told me I would be stuck in my $80k house for ever and told me to see a psychiatrist. Resolution Sought Send replacement head strap for the new helmet issued, refund my initial payment so I can purchase an interior helmet pad set up that works, correct their customer service and management issues.
