My husband fell helping someone move he thought he was on the bottom step but he had 5 steps to go and fell backwards fracturing his skull, had bleeding on the brain, in a Medical Induced Coma and on a Ventilator. I called American Car to see if he had where if he was unable to work will they help I knew I had to pay something but I got he had it and was waiting for something to be emailed to me I never got I called again a couple of days later and gave the lady my daughter email because she said my person was out and she would email it to her and that he was 5 days late they would do anything until it was a month or two late now there's nothing on file about the conversation. He was in the hospital from March 12th-April 6th. Freddie was the only working because I was diagnosed with congested heart failure and waiting to see if I could get disability now he's out of work every 2 weeks they get $252 but if it's 3 weeks in that month they get another $252 can't give you a car monthly total. Don't feel they are legitimate and giving misleading information. This is alot on a already stretched situation now trying to figure this out when in the beginning he had it just waiting on a paper to sign to now being a $25 extension I have to pay it's not helping anyone but them now that it's not coming directly out his check it's being seen and is now a problem. Was also charging $30 extra for full coverage I have full coverage my agent sent it to them Elizabeth wanted a year. Resolution Sought Come up with something feasible I know I have to pay something and go from there $279 is a lot when they knew the situation and there the one's giving misleading information and everytime you ask a question say something they have a quick comeback. They are to me crooked and covering themselves and not the car buyer.
