I having been trying to make a payment with them. My account can't be found. I have tried logging on to there website I have done everything they said to do. Also on my paperwork I have been told I am renting leasing and buying a car all at once. I just don't see how I could be doing that. Resolution Sought I would either want my title or my money back. I also was never told about a lease agreement either I thought I was buying the car. I never knew about this until all this went down with ACC. I have all my paperwork too.

I will never purchase a car from American car center nor would I recommend anyone to them..they are very UNPROFESSIONAL..My truck need to be fixed..I got the run around with that..finally when I was able ti reach somebody..I was told I needed to do a side loan..since I didn't have the money that was needed for the repairs..so I paid wat was needed to be paid to get my truck fixed. Once the payment was made..I received another call later that evening about the motor..first I was told I only needed an oil change and another starter. To now my motor is gone out on the truck..I was then told I needed 1,236.00 to cover late fee charges etc..I was told I never made a truck note payment since I've had the truck and that's a LIE..I have every receipt showing I've made all my payments..then I was told about a damage waiver fee..no one never told me..if I didn't have insurance on my truck..I was going to be charge for that..also when I tried to get an oil change threw them..I was told very rudely they wasn't open on weekends..I would have to call threw the week for that..american car center needs to be SHUT DOWN!!! THEY are very rude and unprofessional..and selling bad cars to people like that's right..and when you ask for your money bk it's a problem...I strongly recommend that nobody deals with them at all.. Resolution Sought Give me my money back!!! And make sure they don't put that truck on my credit..this is the dealership fault and they need to correct this issue..This company is robbing people blind and something needs to be done..
