I went there to purchase a car and when I got there something was wrong with every car. There were several vehicles that were damaged internally. All of the vehicles appeared to have been in an accident and have repair damage. They gave me an approval and when I got there they were busy worrying about another car that had been damaged in an accident that was under my name and me surrendering the car. The young lady there is constantly yelling when she's talking to people and that is why I did not purchase a car. They seem to have a very nonchalant attitude. I was looking for a replacement car because of what happened with my accident this definitely did not help me and cause me to be more upset than when I was. The customer service could have been delivered in a more polite way it's all about what you say and how you say it. Don't waste your time and don't go there to buy her something is going to definitely be. Resolution Sought I would gladly appreciate an apology from the business and for them to honor what they had already approved for me to get a car. I don't talk loud I'm very polite so I would have appreciated the same. The other car that I have in my name has nothing to do with them so I would appreciate it if they just stick to the facts of me buying a car from them.
