I financed a vehicle from them, had it almost 2 years. my motor blew Christmas Eve 2021, but first I complained about my check engine light they referred me to whom they affiliated with I took it there the mechanic took my car apart without authorization american financial warranty department would not answer him respond to his e mails either so now I'm all weekend without a vehicle so now my engine no longer any good they where supposed to switch me into another car but no they were asking me for another down payment and I don't think that's fair. I went down to the dealership 01/31/22 and I specifically asked her was there anything else I need she said no only your declaration page for insurance purposes then when all was said and done paperwork done she says to me 'do you have a down payment" WHAAAT. Resolution Sought Switch me into another car with no down.
