Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Car repo....went with money to pay missed car not plus towing fee stated to me from towing company of 350.00 The finance company also told me 350.. Then went to America car on University , where car lot is American car....They would not take the missed payment plus the 350.00 because now the towing fee is 600.00. They are also asking me to pay 50.00 to get my personal property...But every time I ask for the address to meet me there they say that they are busy and can't meet me...I only have 2 weeks according to the contract to retrieve my property....They are running a pongee scam with this car. They told me the deposit on the car was 750..00 I paid that...I got the car November the 6/2021 they repod the car November 17/2021., That is when my 1st payment was due....I went to the lot to ask them why did they repo my car and the salesman said he has nothing to do with it and gave me a number to American financial...They told me that they repod the car because I didn't pay the down payment of 1250...I told them the down payment was only 750.00 which I paid....The salesman then showed me a face document that stated the down payment was 1250.00 that I had never saw nor did we discuss down payment was 1250.00....when I asked to see the original contract they said they sent it off to American financial.... American financial is refusing to produce the original contract or even give me an invoice of the repo and what they paid Kelly services for repo. Resolution Sought Give me my car back with me paying missed car note of 238.00 plus 350.00 repo fee and I'm also willing to pay the fraudulent 500.00 to make 1250. Fraudulent Deposit ...That they came up with to repo the car in the first place....If they are not willing to do that I would like my deposit back...They are not letting me retrieve my tag as well...If it can't be settled this way I'm looking into bringing a civil suit.
