leased a car from October 2021 , October 25, 2022 to the car started acting up I contact the warranty company spoke with Mrs Brenda she told me to get car towed to Pep Boys tow for free to do diagnostic had the car towed the next day call Pep Boys spoke to Kareem whom stated they hadn't got to the car yet called next day he assured me that it would be done by the end of the day Monday I spoke to the manager Shawn which stated it was definitely the transmission slipping called the warranty company Mrs Brenda told her l asked her to hold why I called on the three-way kareem sent email as she ask I couldn't contact Mrs Brenda maybe a couple days when I finally got in touch with her she said the same thing not diagnosed I said we I talk to them! called again to find out They had no idea where the vehicle was I also stayed in touch with Ciara which is my representative that takes my payment they both stated the vehicle was a abandon at a gas station in Irvington Kentucky I asked how neither of them knew Miss Brenda assured me not to worry not my fault the car got stolen neither of them could believe it Ciara then tells me next day I had to get car tow from Irvington Kentucky or tell pepboys cause it was in there care call corporate Pep Boys they spoke to Shawn manager whom stated America car came and got that car American car Center said they didn't Pick up the car that Monday Nov 14 they went and got the car Now repossessing it Cause of no payment on a car not w Resolution Sought cancel my contract because they were very dishonest
