Almost a year ago I made a complaint about American Car Center. They winded up taking my car, but never gave me the refund that they promised to give after the paperwork was finalized. I called the financial department as well as the dealership. Neither of them seem to know what happened to my refund. I was told by the financial department that the check was being cut and that I should receive it in two weeks but that was almost a year ago. I have called numerous of times to find out what is going on and why nobody is able to tell me about my money. The financial department told me that they have nothing to do with it and that the dealership is the one that is supposed to give me my check. So I called the dealership and the manager is new and she claims that she doesn't know anything about my check, she told me that she would look into it but I never heard anything back about it. This is very unprofessional and it seems to me that they could care less about refunding me money that is owed to me. I would like to be contacted as soon as possible by a manager. I need the money that I am owed. Resolution Sought I would like to be contacted. I need my refund as agreed.

On May 17,2022 I purchased a 2015 Ford Focus with a down payment of $1,250. Two weeks later Devon contacted me and said that the bank wouldn't let the purchase go thru so I had to return the car. I was so upset that I didn't return the car I let them come and get it, they picked the car up on June 14. So now I'm out of $1250. I also contacted the bank and they have never heard of me or my co-signer the dealership pocketed my money and I would like for you all to help recoup my money. Thanks! Resolution Sought Help me get my money back.
