I ordered and paid in advance a roll up tuniff cover for my truck. They ordered and installed the wrong one and will not correct it. Resolution Sought Have the correct one installed.

Hello, the complainant & myself picked out this cover together based on his choices. After it was installed he didn't like the weight of the cover when opening & closing. Unfortunately, once these covers are installed, they cannot be returned.

He is mistaken. I picked the roll up cover that had about 3 or 4 inch panels. The owner was present when I did this. He ordered and installed the flip flap cover. Totally unsatisfactory.
