American Collection System Inc obtained my personal identifying information illegally through aggravated identity theft and is using it illegally to collect on alleged debt not owed. American Collection System Inc has violated my copyright of the name BIANCA MCKINNON and has caused (IIED) Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress. See case law : Mitchell v. Giambruno, Supreme Court, Appellate Division Third Department Newyork (2006) ( 35 A.D. 3d 1040). Failure to resolve matters in 15 days will lead to litigation being taken against your company for (IIED and Copy Right Infringement). Resolution Sought My desired outcome is to be compensated in the amount of $5,000.00 for the (IIED) Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress before raising matters in the Federal Court against your company for a larger amount in damages caused by your company; illegal, false and deceptive methods that violates the FDCPA in the alleged debt American Collection System Inc states I owe, when all debt is an obligation of the United States pursuant to 18 USC 8.
