Train their employees

Comcast apparently hired them but there was no notice and they just showed up in my backyard. I fully understand the laws regarding easements but for the man to be rude when I asked who they were is unacceptable. When I called to verify they were to be there, the gentleman I was transferred to, hung up on me. Train their employees
