Mailed a payment in, it was received and signed for on 11/16, business claims to not show it in their system despite it being picked up, and signed as received by them. They claim to have escalated it and I am still being told the same thing over 5 days later. I have called multiple times and asked to speak with a supervisor and they just leave me on hold and never transfer the call to a supervisor. Resolution Sought Release my account.

This vehicle is being reported on my credit after i was told it was going to be removed and it's still there and they refuse to remove it, after not being able to authenticate the account. Resolution Sought Removed from all 3 credit reporting agencies immediately.
