Purchased this platinum extended warranty and when my car needed repairs they denied my claim said the parts are not covered under my contract but they are covered. They also canceled my contract saying I said bad verbiage so they had the right to cancel my warranty with no refund! On the contract you can cancel after 30 days with a prorated refund but they are not willing to do so, they are very unprofessional, they will lie to you to get you to purchase the warranty but won't cover when it comes time to do so. Asked twice to talk to a supervisor and never got a callback, they say they record their calls but when it comes for them to pull recorded calls they always have an excuse because it's not in their best interest. Stay away from this company unless you want to give them your money and not expect any coverage to your car when you need it! Resolution Sought Cover the repairs that show that are covered in my warranty!!!!!

This is regarding policy # 183661400 We set up an extended warranty on May 10, 2024 for a policy which took effect on June 9, 2024. In early July, I noticed my truck acting sluggish and took it into a local Ford dealer. The dealer found 2 major issues, one being the transmission, and sent a claim over to American Dream Auto Protect on July 3rd. American Dream Auto Protect for over a week gave the dealer the run-around saying they had not received the claim. On July 9th, the Ford dealer called and said that American Dream still had not gotten back. I called Sam Sloan, the person who signed us up, and he transferred me to the head of the division covering claims. I was assured by this person they would immediately call the Ford dealer and get back with me right away. Nothing happened and the Ford dealer received a call one week later and was told someone would be coming to physically evaluate the truck. He was told 3 different times that someone would be out and no one came. On July 31st, he received and email stating the claim was denied and had been closed. They referred to page 5, section K of the warranty which said they could deny something that was a known issue before the warranty was set up. I immediately reached out to the company stating both the Ford dealer and I disagree and want this escalated. Nothing has happened and we strongly feel we have been treated in an unethical way. Resolution Sought I would like them to pay the entire warranty claim directly to me. I have been without transportation for over a month and finally told them on Monday that I needed to get the work done because I need to be able to drive. The dealership is working on my truck right now and I do not believe American Dream Auto Protect with do anything with the complaints I have filed.
