American Dream comes across as a scam. They will answer calls and transfer them to their sales office only. I have spent hours on the phone and gotten no response. I have never had a claim and am afraid of what that experience would be like. Had to cancel my debt card because they refused to cancel my account. I truly believe I wasted money on a scam. Resolution Sought I would like to cancel my account without any attempts to collect from American Dream and never hear about them again.

I have attempted twice to file a claim with American Dream Auto protect , they deny every claim and find a way not to cover they policy then refuse to refund your money. Resolution Sought Refund every dime i have given them for coverage

We understand how frustrating it can be when a claim is not approved. Please know that all claims are reviewed thoroughly in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in your Vehicle Service Contract. We do reserve the right to deny a claim if the repair or issue falls outside of the specific coverage detailed in your selected protection plan. Additionally, as your policy is a month-to-month agreement, it is considered fully earned on a monthly basis and, per the terms of the contract, is non-refundable once the month has commenced.
