The contract was roof and siding repairs but they won't come back to do the siding. Resolution Sought Finish the work in the contract asap before I give them insurance money.

My original estimate for replacing the roofs on my house and garage was 14,174.99. They submitted a bill of 20,087.39. They also charged USAA 3,742.66 for work they never did. I am holding up final payment as they are not willing to change or work with me on these problems. Resolution Sought To refund/remove the 3,742.66 from the final bill.
