He knowingly put the wrong size tires in the front of my jeep not once but twice causing my jeep to be unsafe. After the 3rd try he finally got the right size however the next day my drivers tire was almost flat, my son had to put my spare on that's when my son noticed that the tire was plugged and that the seal around the tire was coming off (making my jeep unsafe again) next thing I know My son sent me a video of the 2 tires they just put on my vehicle the day before and the other tire was dry rotted. The tires were damaged on the inside so you couldn't see it without taking the tire off or getting under the vehicle. I have tried to take the tires back for 2 days now they were not open when they were supposed to be so that makes it difficult to take the tires back. Resolution Sought I want two decent tires that are the correct size, that are safe and not falling apart. If they can not provide that I want my $100 back so I can find a business that can. I do not appreciate being taken advantage of. I am disabled and I live on a fixed income I can not afford to throw a 100 in the trash and I do not think it's right that they try to take advantage of people not to mention my vehicle is not safe to drive. My son and I have pictures and videos of the Tires they put on my jeep.
