This business is not practicing ethical business practices. This towing company towed my vehicle the towing signage is not in a clear visible position and plaza doesn't not state you can not park in the location. When I called to inquire about my property he stated they only took cash there is not a single business establishment in 2023 that only accepts one form of payment. If my car was booted in the city I can pay cash or card. After over an hour of working with my bank to get money out of an ATM that was not in my banks system I was finally able to get it. I called this company no response for over two hours. I eventually contacted Cobb county police department to try and resolve and retain my property they were unable to get him on the phone as well. Eventually after multiple attempts and people leaving this location I was able to get him on the phone and retain my property at 4am. I was never given a receipt and my car was basically stolen and I was over charged for my car getting towed out of an area that wasn't visible no tow zone. Resolution Sought I would like a refund for the full amount or at least for some of it refunded back. As his signage states the fee is $150.
