They are failing to answer my question about my billing, over charging me, adding unfair charges, and scamming thousands of Americans people. Resolution Sought I would like for AEP to do a better job and to stop stealing money from people. Forcing us to pay unfair electric bills that some people can not pay.

I hav ask you f for help I have had a broken finger I'm a mom who has no help but myself the places that help said to come see them tomorrow for help with my electric we I just need help please someone help me out I'm in tears I just need a little help is all or this townhouse needs better insulation Resolution Sought Someone please help me get in contact with me and try to do something to help me
