I took a blood test from their facility at Exeter Road. They didn't send the test report to my provider and not updated in their portal as well. I am a liver transplant patient and the test results on time is extremely important for my health / treatment. I had to take a retest in another lab. However, they claimed and received $720.00 from my BCBSTN insurance and also sent me an invoice for $43.68. Total $763.68. Their statement no. 5416250 for $43.68 was sent to me. Their claim claim processed by BCBST American Esoteric Laboratories, Claim Processed Claim #EXTM1KJ3RB00 overview Member Service Date Type Total Plan Paid Your Share THIRUGNANA THAMIZHARASAN 04/14/2025 Medical $720.00 $43.68. AEL also checked again with my provider and confirmed this - Detail of message from my provider:- from Nurse Stephanie V, sent May 29 at 1:27?PM No worries! I was also going to let you know that the lady from AEL called me regarding your labs and I explained to her the situation and that we did not receive results, etc. So they are working on that for you! Resolution Sought Cancel the bill sent to me for $43.68 and return $720 received from my insurance since they did not send results and I had to go for retest. They did not respond to my email on this as well to a regular mail I sent.
