I want to pay my debt. But after being diagnosed with Epilepsy, I can only work part time. I went to a consumer debt counseling company recommended by American Express and was told that they could allow me 5 years to pay, and we all agreed at 2.99 percent interest. Now, they will only give me 3 years to pay and I cannot afford the $602 monthly amount. Can you tell them to follow Federal Law and allow me 5 years. Maybe they are afraid that I'm going to die before the full pay-out, and thus won't give me allowable Federal Law of 5 years? I cannot figure it out. To me, this $150 difference is very important. Resolution Sought Allow me a 5 year pay rather than 3 years.

Was near my balance in good standing.then they dropped my amount to spend ,forcining me to be 500 in the negative and paying all theses fees since sept 2024.tried to work with them paying my negative balance every month.they said pay the balance.thats messed up to do that.im just paying fees every month Resolution Sought Refund the fees that I've been paying for 9 months .and make the card in good standing and then me canceled.and any damage the overdraft did to my credit fixed
