I was scammed with a gift card purchase for $470.00 they refuse to help me get a refund. I was scammed by a person at a car rental agency. I was asked to purchase card for abetter rate. This person in customer service took card and used it for their use. I am on a fixed income and need every cent I have. I was SCAMMED. Please help me. Resolution Sought I would love to refunded my $470.00 I need my money. No one is trying to help me. Please help me

We are unable to locate an American Express Gift Card with the information provided in their complaint. We attempted to contact them on April 8, 2024, and April 9, 2024 but were unable to reach them. Additionally, they did not provide a mailing address to which we can respond. We can continue our research but will need the full American Express Gift Card number as well as a current mailing address.

I've been diligently reaching out to several Serve representatives regarding the issue of not receiving my card and consequently lacking access to my funds for over a month now. Despite repeated attempts to address the matter, each time I contact them, they say that a new card will be sent out or that I simply need to wait for it to arrive in the mail. However, it NEVER comes!!! This ongoing situation has left me feeling incredibly frustrated and concerned as I currently have no access to any of my funds whatsoever in over a month. I'm looking for a swift resolution to this matter as it's causing significant distress and inconvenience for my family! Resolution Sought I would like immediate access to the funds in my account! Whether that be transferred to my personal account or directly picked up at an in state location.
