unprofessional and unethical behavior

After five calls, and being verbally accosted, I was treated like an animal at a shelter. I was trying to get help with a fraudulent email that was sent to me with the company letterhead, and I didn't realized I was hacked. I just wanted to ensure my accounts were safe, and I was belittled and ignored when I tried to remedy the matter. The behavior of management and the few employees were reprehensible at best. I not only made a lot of the call times, but also have their names well-documented.

This is the most crappy company me and my husband filed our taxes together like we were supposed to and this company rejected my deposit because we can only have one name on the return and when I told them that was crap they muted me and then when I would not disconnect the call they put me on hold. Before telling me why they were rejecting it they tried to put it on the IRS and the company I filed my taxes with.
