Quit using a verification system that is decrimenating people

Was denied credit based off them verification system which is front and back id and a facial picture which was me

unprofessional and unethical behavior

After five calls, and being verbally accosted, I was treated like an animal at a shelter. I was trying to get help with a fraudulent email that was sent to me with the company letterhead, and I didn't realized I was hacked. I just wanted to ensure my accounts were safe, and I was belittled and ignored when I tried to remedy the matter. The behavior of management and the few employees were reprehensible at best. I not only made a lot of the call times, but also have their names well-documented.
