Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. This company told me that they were legal aid that help people who are desperate to pay lawyers. I thought they were going to help me with my child custody case. I paid them $450 because I was told by their staff that they will help me with my case. They just collected my documents and let me sign the papers that they texted me. They wanted me to approve the file that they texted me while I was talking to them on the phone. They said that they have lawyers that will help me. Their so-called lawyer called me, but I am not sure if the lawyer that was talking to me is a real lawyer. This so-called lawyer is not knowledgeable about my case. She told me that she was going to research my case. That was my quick conversation with the so-called lawyer. The next day, I received a call from the Fast legal service and asking me to pay them $480 in order to finalize my documents that I need to file myself at the courthouse. I was surprised because I was told there were no more hidden fees when I signed up for America Family Law Center program and it would be just flat $450, the only fee for my case. There was no action taken, no progress, and no service happened in my case situation. They didn't tell me that there's another fee of $480 for Fast legal services that I need to pay to get a solution for my case. They said that they are teamed up with them, why didn't they tell me that at the beginning. If I only knew, I would not have signed up with them. Resolution Sought Refund my payment because there was no action taken in my case.

Was told they would help with my child custody case. So far they have just taking the money and no progress has been made. Only communication is through text messages and a spoofed number the text are being sent from. Only spoke with a so called attorney once by phone, nothing since then Resolution Sought Contact me. Or be shut down. Many other that have used this company, have experienced the exact same thing But they are still operational. Even been reported to the BBB and yet they are still scamming others every day with help they promise. Would like to file a law suit
