I recently leased with option to buy a 2019 Mitsubishi outlander and it was repossessed this past Friday. However I have the application for certificate of title where it has my name and my grandmother's as the leasee and if course their name as the lessor and it says no lienholders and it is signed however they will not give me my title and I went to the satellite courthouse and they said that the company would have to give me my title but I can't get it from them. Resolution Sought Send me my title and give my car back or am I gonna have to put out a lawsuit against them.
