The representative told me he doesn't want to waste his time, back and forth after I asked him for clarification.

I have been dealing with Travin, one of the mortgage representatives, regarding reverse mortgage. The information that he was providing me, was inconsistent, with his own email response. I asked him for clarification is when he sent me a rude response, that he does not want to waste time, back and forth. This kind of attitude is unacceptable. Would you please look into this. Please look into this, so it does not happen again, with anyone else.
