I am a female senior citizen. I went into Perfect Auto service #515 for repair on my van. I was over charged for the repairs and I never bought anything from these people. I have a receipt of 1700 for repairs and I needed to make monthly payments. The contract for monthly payments 215.95 monthly for 1700 dollars for repairs. The company wants me to pay them 5,241.77. I realize that this is a corrupt scammers process going on towards the customer to take advantage of them. I don't want them to get away with taking advantage of any customer like myself. The contract was set up to steal money from me. I looked up views on American First Finance after I realized what they were doing to me and the views show that they are bad business. Perfect Auto Service was the place I went for repairs and Perfect Auto Service set me up with payment plan with American First Finance with a contract showing that I will be paying them $5,241.77. These people had the nerve to report this to the credit report bureau to show I owed them this 5,241.77. I don't appreciate these people with no conscience doing this corrupt practice. I have proof of they corrupt practices toward customers. Resolution Sought I paid this business $914 already and I don't think it's fair to me to pay them anymore money. They know they are running a corruption scheme practice with the customers for no reason at all. This type of business need not to exist. I don't appreciate taking advantage of because I am a senior citizen. I hope this bad practice will stop for the sake of all senior citizens especially and others customers. Please do not let these people get away with their evil practices and policies toward people

I purchased a bedroom set, that totaled $1100, I have been paying $300, a month for 1 year. I have payed the bedroom set off twice. I am disabled and on a fixed income and I can not afford to pay obsorbanant of fees.. Resolution Sought I feel I have more than paid for this furniture..
