These people said I had a past due balance they gave me the option to set up a payment arrangement but they went in the account days before the arrangement was supposed to start that's not right what if the funds wasn't available then it would be another issue it's like robbing me and telling me the reason why Resolution Sought They owe me an apology if not my money back

I had AAA road service tow my vehicle in for a no start. I should have been given a loyalty discount, of which I never got. Instead, the shop person sent me an unrecognizable picture of what he said was supposed to be my vehicle's oil pan. The problems all started when the shop person called my cel phone and never left not even the shop's caller ID, much less any type of a message. I just happened to go into the shop to get some personal items from the trunk of my vehicle, when the shop personal levied a series of repair suggestions to me, totaling nearly $10,000.00 to replace my engine. Never delivering any type of work order. I then informed the shop person that l could only afford one monthly repair bill, primerarily because of my fixed income and my inability to work, due to disabilities and old age. I only went along with his antics because of my poor health. By the grace of God, my forty five year wait for my my VA pension, of which the shop person might have had advance knowledge of the ruling, but totally without my knowledge of it ever being awarded to me. This was how l kept the shop from forcing the acquisition of my vehicle. Yes, it became very obvious to me of what he was setting into play. I even picked up on the fact that the shop had a vehicle, that was an exact replicate of mine, except the vehicle was as a wreck. Yes, pretty clear at this point, they were planning on swapping vehicle registration numbers. Now l get five month Resolution Sought All four Finance companies unlawfully billed me, l never received not even one work order. No this type of activity should not be allowed to continue. I don't believe AAA of Michigan had accurate knowledge of what was going on, therefore I am seeking full reimbursement of the $10,000.00's in bills that l am still paying, only in hopes of this shop not confiscating my vehicle.
