I purchased a sofa/loveseat set in July of 2021. In Feb 2022 I used upholstery cleaner on them & discovered material had tears in it. Contacted mgr Tom & was told it had 1 year warranty. After multiple calls he stated he would replace only cushions. To this date he is not taking care of anything. I am the only person in my home with no pets. I want my money back. This is not right. Resolution Sought I want my money back. My last sofa lasted 18 years & was still in great shape. I replaced it because my husband was killed by a drunk driver & I felt the need for change
