I bought a brand new couch in April that had warranty. The couch started ripping apart at the seems by two months so I called to utilize the warranty. Someone came out, determined it was manufacturing defect it got picked up and I didn't have a couch for a week whilst it was fixed. Well, now it's ripping in the same seem and more places and I've only had it back little over a month. I call to let them know they say ok you can get another couch but you gotta pay fees for the old couch to be picked up and new couch to be dropped off! When I bought this couch I also bought other furniture 2500 bucks worth and I paid for a fault couch to be delivered why should I have to pay again when it's their poorly made product that's the problem. Also when I called the guy I spoke to was rude and disrespectful. Resolution Sought I want my new couch delivered at no cost
