The undertaker gave them death certificate Jan 18, 2023. They now claim they mailed it Feb 14, 2023. Neither I nor undertaker have received a check. I really doubt they are lost in mail as we live in different states. You can not talk to anyone other than the ones who answer phone. I am a widow living on small check since my husband passed. Resolution Sought Send my check now.
