March 2024 and April 2024, I received notice that my payment wasn't submitted from my credit debit card for insurance premium payment, it was declined. Called, gave them my correct account information. On May 13, . I then received another letter same date. For cancellation to take a effect at 12:01 a.m. Standard Time on 5/23/2024 said the letter. The amount due was $123.02. The reason for cancellation was non-payment. The letter read, "you have been notified here with that this company will no longer be carrying your automobile insurance. You are possibly eligible for automobile insurance through another insure or under the New Mexico Motor Vehicle insurance plan. For further information please contact your agent. If your payment is not honored by your financial institution. Your reinstatement will be null and void and your insurance coverage will cease as of the cancellation date showing above." Believing the letter, I purchased insurance on the 3rd of June. My disability check gets deposited on that date. On June 13th, my account had been debited $129.70 by American Hallmark insurance. There was a late fee because original premium is $123.02. I called the two numbers for American Hallmark. 1-800-486-5616, gave me a busy tone. 1-800-262-2120, recording said that this party cannot be reached goodbye. I called from June 13 to June 17, 2024. Not Sunday, June 16th. I Would like my account credit check The 129.70 period I am not a lot to have to Insurance same time. TY Resolution Sought Traded my checking account $129.70. I am not allowed to have two insurances and honestly believe in that my insurance with Hallmark was going to be canceled, I purchased another June 3rd.
