Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. My husbands truck was repossessed. The company is setting up a payment plan to pay off the remainder of the balance and they. Today, 12/3/24 took an unauthorized payment from my bank account. Resolution Sought After speaking w multiple car dealerships, they know this company all too well. They say they rip ppl off all the time and I would like something done about it. This is wrong. I also spoke to one of their reps who told me they are not allowed to make unauthorized payment but yet, here we are and I have $709 pending in my account right now.
