I placed an order on 24 March 2021 and understood that shipping would take take place within 1-2 months. We are going on 3 months since the order was placed. I have reached out via Facebook Messenger, Facebook business group, and email. Emails and messenger have gone unanswered. My messages in the group were removed - not by me. I ordered apparel that was in a mystery grab bag type situation advertised via the Facebook group. I have copies of all my communication attempts except for the group posts. I am including the text which was sent to the owner from via messenger and then copied to the group when she didn't respond. She has auto generated email response that she is busy because if the pandemic and will respond within 7-10 business days. The first time I received that email was 25 March 2021 and never heard a word from her. I left 1 star Google review, put in a charge dispute with my bank, and filed a complaint with Scentsy. If you want copies of the screen shots of the communication attempts I'll be happy to send them. Here is the message sent via Facebook Messenger. I placed an order for the mystery bag. I knew there was a several week wait, but I cant remember the things were supposed to go out toward the end of last month or next month. I have an event coming up on 10 July and then again for the 1st week of August. Will I have the items before the July 10th event? Resolution Sought I emailed her this morning and received the same 7-10 day response. At this point I either want the money back, the product shipped, or because of everything she's done I'd really like both. I've been waiting since the end of March for product and communication.
