I would render a warning to anyone considering coverage from AHP. Our AC unit was replaced in April. Although we called AHP in April, a lack of communication led to the official claim not being filed until June. We were never contacted by anyone in the company, and phone calls to them for status updates consistently lead to excuses and delays. As of 1 October, we have yet to be reimbursed. Yet, they religiously pull the policy payment each month without fail. As the delimma continues, it feels a lot like a scam and we wonder if the check will ever be sent. I have never known a company to be as unresponsive or as poorly managed as this one. Worst customer service ever! Resolution Sought Pay the reimbursement for work completed and cancel my contract with them so no more funds are invested in their company
