I wasn't scammed into anything, but I feel it is a PFishing Scam

This is a scam or fraud. They send a letter to your home in bold letters saying this is our second attempt. To contact you, please contact our office. At 18774070877 within 10 days of receiving this letter regarding your home at 212 North wig street. Based on your purchase date, you may have a home warranty policy that could expire soon. You may qualify for coverage up to 3 years. Failure to call and provide a potential lapse of coverage could result in your being liable for all costs associated with home repairs. It is important for you to contact firm at 187740070877 within 10 days of receiving this letter to avoid any unnecessary delays in your coverage.
This would be very devastating and confusing to The elderly. They may Misconstrue this as being something they Already have. Companies like these need to be shut down.
