Don't buy their advertisements before reading their exclusions

In my opinion they a falsely advertising their services. They will take your monthly payment then charge you $100.00 to send a repairman of their choice and if you want a second opinion it's another $100.00 and then they declined to follow through with repairs based on Their exclusion of "Act of God".

American Home Shield Service (AHS)

I have had several Home Warranty contracts with several different companies but AHS is by far the worse I've ever dealt with. Once a service request has been made it takes excessive time to get a repair technician to respond and if there is any problem and you have to call AHS all you can get is a call center where the representatives barely speak English and understand less. All they can do is read from a script and don't seem to be able to help. When you ask to talk to someone from the escalation center they consistently tell you that the escalation center is too busy to take your call and and they say they are sending a message to the contractor to call you which they never do and you are left with no service. If they are your last resort to get a home warranty don't go without.
