Moved in the property on June 28,2021 it was disgustingly dirty, it has mold, electrical plumbing and structural damage that is preventing me and my family to live comfortably and putting us in health and safety danger Resolution Sought To repay any of our out of pocket monies to rent this place and the money we have paid to remedy these issues, no rent until all are repaired and a diminution in the rental value as it is clearly not worth 1995.00 as requested due to the condition of the property we are willing to pay after all repairs rent in the amount of 1600.00/we would like the health department inspector to come and note the violations and re inspect after all repairs are done
