I have been without a shower for a month as of today 4/15. Numerous attempts to contact the property manager, to no prevail. Little to no communication between myself and the maintenance team, I have to contact them to try and find someone else to fix my shower after they cancel or when the companies they send out do not complete jobs. Resolution Sought Looking for better communication, and more timely replies. Possibly some kind of money back or money off bills.
