Honda sent out a reimbursement form for piston ring deterioration which triggers codes P0301 thru P0304. In March of 2024 my family of 5 was traveling to TN for vacation from IL. When we were in Indiana my 2013 Honda Odyssey check engine light came on and my van was shaking. I pulled off the road and took it to a Midas in Indiana. When they looked at my car oil was leaking and burning. I had to have my van towed back to IL and it cost me 3,289 to repair my engine. I submitted a reimbursement form and my request was denied. I'm asking Honda to stand by their name and product and give me and my family my reimbursement. What happened to my van has happened to numerous families just in my neighborhood and I would imagine many more thousands of families across the United States. This is the 2nd and last Honda I will ever purchase. The quality of the product has fallen over the years. I want someone to take a look at what happened and do the right thing and give me my reimbursement. Honda engines should not have these issues. I live in a large town where there are a lot of mini vans and in speaking to families I'm not the only one that has gone through this. I would appreciate the CEO taking a look at what is going on with his products. I will be hiring an attorney to fight this because it is wrong to not stand by your product when hard working people have to pay thousands of dollars because of an inferior van produced by Honda. Please make this right and review my complaint. Thank Resolution Sought Give me my refund of $3,289.13

They never sent me my car title after i paid my car off. And I've been requesting a duplicate title since January 2024 they finally received it in February 1st and have yet to send it to me. Ive called them 7 times and i keep being told they're going to elevate my claim but to no avail. Its February 29 th and i still don't have the title and i don't have any answers! And noone is helping me, I'm beyond frustrated and I'm getting no help!!! I'm at my wits end, i will be getting a lawyer involved!!! Resolution Sought I want my title and to NEVER have to deal with this company ever again!!!!!
