They never sent me my car title after i paid my car off. And I've been requesting a duplicate title since January 2024 they finally received it in February 1st and have yet to send it to me. Ive called them 7 times and i keep being told they're going to elevate my claim but to no avail. Its February 29 th and i still don't have the title and i don't have any answers! And noone is helping me, I'm beyond frustrated and I'm getting no help!!! I'm at my wits end, i will be getting a lawyer involved!!! Resolution Sought I want my title and to NEVER have to deal with this company ever again!!!!!

I have a refund for this amount. They sent the paper, but I sent via email-no reply. I sent by by mail and kept the copy no reply. I sent via email again cuz I was in deployment ,it stays in my inbox .their email address doesn't notify a failed email .I went to the office cannot trace , I called they cannot assist me . This is for the gap insurance that I canceled cuz they insist to get their financial lender , but I secure a check from my Navy federal and did not honor it. They didn't take my loaned check from another bank. It looks like they reported to returned the refund they owe me, but I haven't got it .thanks for your help Resolution Sought Contact me and refund 470.55 + interest for duress.
