I made a payment of one hundred dollars on a debit card for family member who was behind on payment using my debit card. Back in late April early May. When I spoke with Pam told her this needed to be one time payment and deleted. On Monday July 26th checked bank account and was over drawn my 153.00 and a payment was made to this finance company for 330.00. called and spoke to Pam she informed me family member said go ahead and take it out of my debit card. I feel like they should have called me before they made this transaction because I Did Not Allow access to any family member to use my account. Don't know if this is Fraud or not. Then this Pam said wait there may be a problem on our end still then changed her mind again. And said she never said that. I don't know these people but not making judgement only I have been lied too by both party's.. from the reviews I have read on this company sounds like shady practices. Bank is disputing this charge. Contacted Family member and all I am getting is a run around he said she said. Don't know if you can help but if this is the way business is run then they need to be shut down. I only gave permission once and she gave her word to delete this card number did have the bank shut and cancel this card. Hope you can contact them . And get my money back thinking this was illegal on both sides. Thank You Resolution Sought Need a refund of three hundred and sixty dollars for they should have contacted me and got my permission.
