American leak detection of Spokane was supposed to come to my residence on August 18th 2023. However they came out on the 17th of August while we were out of town. Eric tried calling me on the 16th to let us know that they're coming out on the 17th, but we were at Lake Koocanusa Montana with absolutely no cell service. So when I got the messages today on the 17th of August I called and talked to the receptionist and she said she tried calling and left a message on the 8th and the 11th of August. When I told her I had no such record of that on my phone messages or call history she was basically calling me a liar and raising her voice to me telling I was wrong. I just want to let the Pacific Northwest area know that if anyone has a house leak I would not go to this company ever. Totally unprofessional! When you make an appointment for the 18th of August, 3 weeks prior and you don't hear anything back from the customer before the appointment should be on the 18th unless you talk to the customer! Resolution Sought To let other people know of my disapproval with this company. I'm sure they'll probably try to send me a bill as well. Horrible customer service!

Hello Brian, I have been trying to reach you to discuss your complaint RE: American Leak Detection of the Inland NW & MT submitted to Business Consumer Alliance on 8/18/2023. As we've documented in our response to the complaint, we not only addressed your concerns the day of the complaint, but also arrived at your home to perform the services that you requested on the date originally scheduled (your preference of 8/18/2023). As the complaint description is no longer valid, we'd appreciate your time to rescind the complaint. In the event you do not, we will continue to move forward with providing the requested documentation supporting that we did indeed provide you with the service requested. The only phone number we have to reach you is not currently working and provides a message that the phone is not in service.
