Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Hired them to find out why I was loosing water in my pool. (1st) visit....he found no leak. (2nd) visit they had to come back because they didn't reinstall my drain cover and several of my pool popp ups were floating around. Told them they worked before he messed with them. Was still loosing pool water so they shut off my spa and waterfall. Still loosing water. Was told owner/manager would be out to check it out. He never called or came over. Called them today and was told that they ARE NOT coming back but would refund the money I spent cuz they didn't fix the problem. Not sure if they meant that or just wanted to shut me up. Anyway , they told me to call someone else. This is SO NOT how to do business. Thought you should know. I want my money back. Resolution Sought I want my money back

The issue with the complainant was resolved in June 2022. We have refunded her the $470 that she paid. Check #28569 on 06.17.22
