This company has hidden fees that aren't listed anywhere. After Covid they starting charging people 8$ to mail a bill for me to mail a payment to them. I was never informed of this. They did not notify anyone they charge to print payments due. They also do not offer paperless which gives you no choice. I call in my payments to avoid the 8$ fee. But! Sometimes they print early and mail it after I've paid w a different amount owed. They add the 8$ month into the policy fee without telling you. Most times they mail the payment with two days to pay (8$ more) then before that one is opened you have a late notice(8$) the next day. I have dealt with this more than once. They are rude unpleasant people representing a business in a bad light. Taking advantage of people in times like today. I know everyone has hidden fees. But somewhere it's printed in small print or you are made aware. They did not do this. Shady business and every time I call to complain and call them out, they hang up on me. I feel I am being taken advantage of along with unaware consumers. No one knows they do this…not even my agent. They sent me a renewal payment with 8$ fee I don't have a policy and I don't have insurance cards. Guess what. That's another 8$. Taking advantage of consumers especially me isn't going to go over well. 8x5=40 additional dollars. To my policy when I pay on time. They att ill penalize me. Resolution Sought Inform clients that they are charged extra for having a bill sent to them stating hidden fees and what they are for! The company could offer paperless but they don't because let's be honest they wouldn't make as much money. I'm sure others would be as mad as I am if they knew. Send the agents to orientation for training on how to speak to clients and learn phone etiquette. If other people knew the truth they would probably call to avoid the fee also, and they would slide a lot of money.
