Rude, Scam, The Adjuster not looking at my Claim. The Adjuster hung up on Me twice when I was trying to explain my Claim he wasn't Professional at all. The Adjuster failed to review my claim and the amount sent is incorrect. Resolution Sought The Correct Amount Funds for My Claim.

I have been out of my home, single mom, twin 16 year old daughters. It has been adjusted and the report should be done. They are kicking us out on the 24th, my worker at American Modern is on vacation. She assigned 3 workers to me, they will NOT call me back, radio silence. I have many health issues and need help immediately please Resolution Sought Extend my stay until black mold and bathe are finished, reimbursements for ALL my losses as they have been doing, COMMUNICATION as they were in the beginning.
