The owner started to tell me to leave and not come back.

I went to visit my brother who had a room for the night there. Once I arrived the owner, I think his name is George told me in order for me to visit my brother to drop off some food, I would have to pay 5.00 if I wanted to stay. I proceeded to speak on the things I've seen in these rooms such as rats and roaches and the owner started to tell me to leave and not come back. This is not the first time I have visited these room, I advised that I should be able to visit and I told him I would call the health department he told me to never come back. He put my brother out the next day which is today because I said I would call the health department.
