On July 8, 2023 I went to this dealership .Three days later, I drove the vehicle to a doctors appointment and a light came on saying suggest that you take a rest , had a cup like steaming coffee popped up like it was overheating . It smelt like some wires and oil burning through the vents. A few days later, I scheduled an oil change, which I noticed when I first purchase the vehicle it never had a sticker in the window concerning the last oil change , I had an appointment on July 18, 2023 so when I got to the dealership he was came and told me that they could not work on the vehicle. I asked him why and he said due to oil in the engine bay and RTV around the drain plug and he was afraid that if they took it off that they could not get it back on, they sent pictures to my phone of everything that was going on with the vehicle. I then go back to the dealer and talked to a guy name Austin and he told me to take it to old Hickory so they could check it out cause they were really good. I went there they had to reschedule the appointment. I took the vehicle back to them 7/20/23 told the Mr. Adam Hines that I didn't want the vehicle and left the keys with him . Resolution Sought Void the sale.
