I called to pay a debt collection account of $67 dollars I asked if they would be able to remove it off my credit as soon as possible they said no they only report to the credit bureau 2 times a month. I said if I lag it off today why could you not have it removed today. They refuse to remove it told me it could take up to 3 weeks after I made payment. Resolution Sought I would like flr that company to remove my debt as soon as i pay it. If i make payment no reason i should have to wait weeks for them to remove ot from mu credit report.
