This company refuses to cooperate with me or settle and in fact, they keep trying to get me to sign an additional 10 year contract. They think I'm stupid! Resolution Sought I want a refund and a cancellation of my contract, and an apology!

First and foremost, we deeply regret Ms. Delgado has formed such a negative opinion of her timeshare project. As we have mentioned several times to Ms. Delgado, we are not currently positioned to handle re-sales, and cannot simply accept relinquishments from our members at their convenience. We have made several offers to Ms. Delgado none of which have been satisfactory. The best way to come to a mutual agreement is for Ms. Delgado to continue the conversation with our team directly. The ARI rep is not being completely truthful. They don't advertise it, but they can take back this contract in many ways. The ONLY offers they have made are for an additional 10-year commitment. Are you kidding me? I want an exit. I know they can do it. They did for people I know. They are not being honest. If you notice the play on the words "We cannot simply...". They can. I am completely paid up. I am and always have been up to date and current on payments. They can. Also, it is hard to "continue the conversation" when the person you're talking to keeps saying the same thing over and over again
